Why didn't I think of that? You are brilliant! That's way better than my "Moniker" idea. I just wonder if the type of family that would call their dog Monster would suddenly switch to a polite French term? Well, anything is better than "Moniker," now I think of it. I knew someone in NY whose accent always caused him to put an "er" at the end of any word that ended with an "a." "Would you like a Coca-Coler, Marther?" was a phrase I shant soon forget. So if the family ended up calling Monster Moniker, I would think they were calling "Monica" thanks to this old friend of my humans. So Monsieur it is! Now to talk his people into it... Zipper,

He certainly was gentlemanly in saving his humans. Or better, switch completely and go with something Monster-like: Godzilla, Creature, Zeeb (I like these names that start with "Z").
