DOGS RULE! Where my humans and I lived before, the next-door neighbor had two cats, and they got to roam freely. Most maddening was when the door was closed and one of those cats would taunt me through the window. It would drive me crazy. Every now and then, my humans would let me out, and darned if that cat wouldn't scoot away in a hurry, with me close behind until he got under the deck. My buddy Otis the Pug would go under there, but I wouldn't. It was kind of creepy, to tell you the truth. Again, DOGS RULE! Zipper Frank,
